Create an Offline Order on Castiron

Our goal is for Castiron to be the ultimate source of truth for your business. With that, you are now able to manually create orders on Castiron.

Why would I want to manually create an order in my Castiron shop?

If you've ever sold off-line or if you've ever taken an order outside of Castiron for any reason , this is a great way to make sure that all of your business is accounted for! This will be particularly helpful for you to have accurate tax records, for your order report to be accurate, and for your Contacts tab to stay up to date as well.


To create an order, go to your "Orders" tab. You will see "Create Order" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

Once you choose to create an order you will have the option to title your order. We recommend choosing a product title. Include the price of your product and the number of units solid.

You have the option to include a Fulfillment method if you'd like. However, this is optional.


Next, you also have the option to include customer information, if applicable to your order. We recommend including customer information whenever possible, since this will store the contact in your Castiron store, allowing them to receive emails and updates from your shop.

Once everything looks good to go, select "Save".

Your new order will appear under your orders tab with all the details.

When you click on the order, you will be able to view all of your order details as well.
