I’m having trouble placing an order

If you are still having trouble, here are a few troubleshooting steps that you can take:


  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies: Sometimes, your browser's cache and cookies can cause issues with your checkout process, and clearing them might resolve the issue.
  • Use a different browser: If the above step does not work, you can try using a different browser to complete your order. Sometimes, certain browsers may have compatibility issues with the website.
  • Use a different device such as a smartphone, tablet, or a computer, and try the order again.

If your credit or debit card is being declined, check to make sure the following information is entered correctly and try again:


  • Card Number: Double-check that you have entered your card number correctly. Card numbers usually consist of 16 digits.
  • Expiration Date: If your card has expired, you will need to use a different card.
  • CVV Code: This is the 3-digit security code on the back of your card. Make sure that you have entered this correctly.

If your card is still getting declined:

1. Contact your bank or credit card company to troubleshoot and prevent further complications related to declined cards.

2. Try using another card.  Government-issued cards or pre-paid gift cards may be declined for various reasons.

If you have any abandoned charges on your statement, please note that they should drop off your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.
