Thank You Offer Automation & Coupon
At Castiron, we aim to help you work less and sell more! Automations are a great way to connect with your customers and get more sales without taking the time to contact each person individually.
We've launched a one-time "Thank You" email that will automatically send an email to your customers 1 week after your orders have been marked as fulfilled, to encourage repeat business.
- This email will include a coupon code for future orders.
- Orders must be marked as fulfilled for the email to be sent (more info about how to update your order status here)
- The offer and coupon is automatically turned on in your Castiron Admin in Marketing and the Automations tab.
- Note: 5% is the default, but you can change the percentage and coupon code at any time.
- Code usage for this is automatically limited to 1 per customer.
- You can adjust the discount amount on the Thank You coupon, or turn off the automation, by going into the Automations tab within Marketing, clicking the three dots on the right side of the Thank You Offer, and selecting "Manage Automation." Check out the tutorial here!
