Castiron Support

Castiron has three Customer Support Specialist to assist you with any questions, concerns, feedback you have. Support staff are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST, though staff is assigned to be on-call for urgent issues during off hours and holidays. Otherwise you can expect a response within 24-48 business hours.
