Editing Orders in Castiron

From the left hand navigation panel, select Orders. On this screen, you’ll see your full list of orders. The primary edit you would make to an order would be changing its status for tracking purposed.  Change status of orders depending on their stage:

Open - Not yet prepared

Completed - Product is ready for Customer

Fulfilled - Product has been given to customer

Canceled - Order not processed

Select the order you’d like to edit by clicking on the order number and click the Status Dropdown to update.
