Cancelling your Castiron Subscription
If you have decided that you no longer want to use Castiron for your business, you can cancel your subscription from your shop's admin page.
- Go to Settings then My Subscriptions.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the subscription page and click "Cancel My Subscription"
Your shop will remain active until the end of your subscription period, during which you can access the data in your shop, including customer contacts and order information. If you do not want customers to be able to place new orders during that time, go to Pages and set all pages to "Inactive".
After your subscription period is over, your shop will become inactive and you will be locked out of your account until you restart your subscription. If at any point in the future you want to restart, all of your previous data will still be available to you.
After your subscription ends, if you wish to permanently delete your shop account and data, you can fill out this request form: Shop Deletion Request Form.
Once your shop is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
