How do I view a customer's order history?

It's always a good idea to keep track of who's ordering what, and how often. If you'd like to take a look at a specific customer's order history, it's simple to do in Castiron.

Using the left hand menu in Castiron, click Contacts. This page allows you to see and manage all of your contacts at a glance. 

To view a specific customer's history, locate the customer whose order history you'd like to view. Simply click on their name to open their customer profile. Along with their order history, you'll be able to view the customer's delivery or fulfillment preferences, contact information, and any notes you've added about the customer. 

You can also export a spreadsheet of your orders in the Orders area, and then clicking "Export".
