Password Reset Instructions
If you need your password reset while logged in to Castiron, please follow this process:
1. Click the three dots on the bottom left of the screen next to your name, and select Account Settings
2. Scroll down to the "Reset Password" link.
- Type in your current password, and the new password you'd like, then confirm it, and click Save.
If you are locked out of your account and need to reset your password, please:
1. Click the Reset Your Password link on the sign in page.
- Enter your email and click Reset Password.
If you forgot your shop's email, need to change your login email, or are still having trouble resetting your password:
