Password Reset Instructions

If you are locked out of your account and need to reset your password, please:

1. Contact the Castiron team by emailing info@castiron.me and ask to have your password reset 

2. You will receive confirmation from the Castiron team and an email that your password is ready to reset

3. Follow instructions in Password reset email 

If you need your password reset while logged in to Castiron, please follow this process:

1. Click the top right arrow near your name and select Account Settings

2. Under your full name, select Reset Password

3. You will be sent an email with instructions to follow to complete your password reset
