Cancelling / Rejecting a Custom Order

Some of your custom orders may need to be rejected for one of many reasons. Castiron lets you reject a request within the platform and send a rejection email to your customer making it clear that their order was not accepted.

You can find this Cancel quote functionality by clicking the three dot icon next to quote on the Orders page and selecting Cancel quote. Once clicking Cancel quote, a modal will appear asking you to including reasoning why you cannot fulfill the order and an email will be sent to your customer letting them know.

When cancelling an order, you can add a note to your customer as well. 

Include a note as to why you need to cancel / reject this request. A cancellation email is sent to your customer.

A rejection email will be sent to your customer.

Your note will be included.
