Receive Inspiration Photos with Custom Requests

You asked, we listened!

Now introducing - inspiration photos in custom quote requests! Add a Photo Upload custom request detail to any custom product - these can be required or optional. 

Customers can upload up to 15 separate photos (2MB max photo size) to their custom request. Customers can add notes to each photo to provide more context on which elements they like as well! 

To create a request for photo inspiration, you will need to edit a current custom order form or, if you don't have one created already, you can create a custom order form from scratch! Either way, select "Products" on the left-hand side of your screen and either select a custom order form to edit, or choose "Add Product" and then select "Custom Order Form".

Choose "Photo upload" as the question type. Edit the text you want to appear to your customers under "Title". Choose whether or not you want to make inspiration photos required by selected the button next to "Required". 

Scroll up on the custom order form and select "Preview" to see what this will look like for your customers. 

This is what it looks like once your customer begins uploading photos! They will be able to add notes with each photo as well, to clarify what they appreciate in each photo.
