How do I Cancel an Order?
Sellers can cancel orders directly from their Castiron dashboard. Here's how:
From the left-hand navigation panel, select Orders. On this screen, you’ll see your full list of orders. To edit an order's status, click on the order.
Then, in the upper right-hand corner select "Status". Choose "Canceled" from the drop-down menu and press "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner.
You have successfully canceled your order!
